Better Decision Making Workshop

decision making group, in the style of Rembrandt For Managers, it is a constant challenge to make the right decision, especially when in a difficult situation. Every day, these people make decisions to keep the business going and thriving. This is especially true if they work alone.

The biggest issue they encounter is not even realising they are making a decision, which results in autopilot consequences. Today, their best option is doing the first thing that comes to mind, but they have, of course, neglected to examine alternatives. Without tuition, the situation will worse over time, especially if fear sets in.

If only there was a better way to make decisions, then managers could make their businesses more successful, which would lead to peace of mind and less stressed holidays. With thousands of potential customers, there is a clear opportunity to meaningfully impact a huge number of businesses.

The strategy that will be used is to support 'value' on three legs:

  1. Trust but verify
  2. Delegation or dementia
  3. Frameworks
